Bridgewater admits and treats clients requiring the full gamut of short and long-term, sub-acute, respiratory and rehabilitative services. Referrals are made via a New York State “PRI” (Patient Review Instrument) completed by your referring hospital or physician. We welcome inquiries and visits at anytime, although we recommend calling in advance to assure staff availability for a tour and consultation.

Bridgewater’s policy is to admit and treat all eligible parties regardless of age, Veteran Status, color, national origin, sexual orientation, race, creed, sex, religion, marital status or disability.

Payment Methods

We accept private-pay and participate in all third-party payment programs including Medicare and Medicaid, and participate with major managed care organizations and HMO’s. Arrangements can always be made with any HMO at your request, subject to the HMO eligibility requirements.

Our financial assistance office will gladly consult with potential applicants, and assist with the preparation and submission of the Medicaid applications of the client. Please contact our admissions department at 607-722-7225, extension321 or 324.
